Reviews: DO NOT USE MagniFund Group! The agents are very nice & great sales people but the actual Mortgage Company is HORRIBLE. It took over 76 days to close on my house and we missed 3 closing dates! I ended up having to take them to Small Claims court to try and recoup both the expense of having to move into a hotel for 21 days AND that thier GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE ( I use this term VERY loosely with them) was $6200 off ! My good faith said my closing costs were $7150 they actually were $13300 at closing !!! I realize this is an estimate but REALLY? I have reviews on Lending Tree too.
