Reviews: Yes, if you are a million dollar business. Small business friendly? find out for your self. Take a complaint to this branch manager - the first thing he will do is look at your average balance. If it is under a certain amount, you can expect a quick, rude brush off. Take it to a higher level and up pops your account on their computer. Guess what happens. Managers must have guaranteed tenure to be able to treat their customers with such disrespect! I will look into how small business friendly some of the other banks in town are, and how they treat their 20 plus year business account holders...
