Reviews: Im speaking for the residence of the mobile home park.We live in a mobile home park and the manager of the park makes up rules when they want.The manager has the people so scared to say anything in fear of being evicted. They dont come out of there homes for the fear of this manager coming by and seeing them.Most will not say anything because of this fear of being evicted.Most of the people living in this park are retired and on a fixed income and can not afford to move.There are park rules the manager chooses who is to follow these and the ones who dont.The rules are there for everyone not just who the manager likes or not.The thought and talk is there is a realtor that sales home in the park and the manager is getting a kickback for approving the person who is buying the home from this realtor.Park rules say that the manager has the right to approve or disapprove anyone.There is a management company for this park that wont lesson to the residence of the park about what is going on.There has been home for sale by owner that the manager wont approve anyone to buy them.Most of the time the people let the mortgage company have them back.Then this realtor ends up with them and sales it right away.This is what happen to one person that lived here they got married This is just a few thing that this manager has done.We just want a new manager that will be fair with everyone.

Reviews: I used C21NW to manage my property in Southeast Phoenix for one year. Initially I experienced poor communication from the manager responsible for my property. I would call and leave voice messages send emails and never receive a timely response. After complaining to the director a new manager was assigned to my property. Then after a couple months of trying to understand their owner???s statement I noticed that they had deducted $200 from my account without any explanation. After several calls they told me they had overpaid me $200 in an earlier month. Months later I still remain confused about their statements to property owners. They shift funds back and forth without any explanation??? shifty best describes their accounting. Even the property manager says their accounting is a common complaint. Then it took C21NW nearly a month to address a garage door problem. Finally I had to resolve the issue myself with the tenant going to Lowe???s for a new opener. Their response to maintenance issues in my opinion is poor. But worse yet is their method of reporting financial transactions with owner???s properties. Though C21NW is slowly trying to improve their business practice I???ve run out of patience with them. There are many experienced management companies to choose from in the Valley who charge less for their services. If you choose C21NW to manage your property I wish you the best of luck. The pluses are - good property marketing and improving communication skills. The minuses are - confusing statements to owners poor response to maintenance issues high management fees.
