They intentionally make working out problems difficult. I have moved my accounts and urge everyone to do the same!

Reviews: I have had several problems with this bank since getting my house financed through them. I have tried to bring my payments currant but unless you pay the amount they require then they refuse payment. Plus the letters they offfer to help their customers are lies. They do not do any of the things they state within their letters. I would strongly encourage you to avoid this bank.

Reviews: i actually work for this company and it is the worst place ever to work for. When customers call in to pay on their mortgage the processors in the back run the card numbers more than once on purpose. The managers drink beer during work hours in the offices. they do illegal things with the customers information. it is just awful!
