Reviews: They are HORRIBLE ... It takes them forever to put the fence up. Like two weeks for a smaller chain link fence. I dont know who posted the last couple reviews but they are either related to them or good friends ! Yea Im calling you out.. Your Business and Professionalism is horrible . And Im a reasonable man . I usually have nothing but good to say but not in this case! If you say the job will be done on a given date and it isnt your the wrong one ... especially if you delay it more than once and when a homeowner shows up nothing has been done and you have already been paid ! WRONG ... Weather was fine Youve been paid and nothing is done ! I hope this doesnt or hasnt happened to any anyone else ...Just wanted to warn you !!!!

Reviews: Had an account there..Had bad luck during these times. Was taken for atleast $150.00 (Dec) in over withdraw fees after repeated attemps to close the account. November was like almost 200 dollars.Did not write bad checks or swip a bad credit card it was them letting people that I used to have automatic withdraws still take money out until I brought my account to even. THey said pay 27.50 per each auto withdraw to STOP PAYMENT Their over withdraw charge is 27.50. ITs time to let the banks know that they work for us not the other way around. I say YOUR FIRED TEXAS PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SAVE YOUR MONEY AT OTHER PLACES. iT WILL BE WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. SHAME ON YOU TEXAS PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviews: Why do you feel like they are horrible. I moved out and got all my depsoit back with orders and I will rent from them again when I return. Your check out and rent must have been bad. How did they screw you over to where you think they are horrible. I had nothing but good experiences with them the time i rented from them.

Reviews: High recommend this company!! My husband went in for a loan and the loan was denied. It was very important to us that we could find someone to help us and their company (2 individuals imparticular) did everything they could to try and help us out. We ended up leaving the company with nothing however about an hour and a half later we received a phone call that they were able to approve our loan. THey really dont know how much they helped out our family in a very important time...I will forever be greatful to this company and the 2 ladies that bent over backwards to help our family out.

Reviews: I took my truck to this CRAP HOLE 9 months ago and he hasnt done anything to my truck!!!!!! He sanded it thats it. He told me several times that he had the parts ordered and that they were coming in and then I told him I wanted to see the reciepts for the parts and he said I lied about ordering your parts. I spent the money on my shop overhead Utilities and home mortgage. But that he would make it right and throw in $1000 of extra work. Now 5 months later it is still sitting wrecked and untouched. I still am paying on this truck witch I can not even use. I had to go and buy a third vehicle because Im married and have 2 kids and am duel Military. This place is shady and will do you wrong. The work I have seen come out of there is crap. If you do decide to go there just dont pay him up front!!! But there is better places to go in town. Canaans Collision center being one of them!!!! So dont take your car to this shop!!!!

Reviews: I rented from Rancier Realty for 3 years until I pcsed and I would go back with them in a heartbeat! Mr. Latham and his son run the business very professionally and very steadily. Never had a problem when one thing or another needed to be fixed. For people who gave them a bad rating...well Killeen is all about location. If u choose to live in a place thats in a not so nice neighborhood then thats your choice....not theirs!!
