Reviews: I appreciate the staff at TCF Bank because unlike most other institutions you are NOT merely another account number. The atmosphere at this particular location is very relaxed and inviting. The Branch Manager Ginger is especially helpful when needed. I also enjoy the convenient bank hours as they are open 7 days week. And you can forget about ever having to pay outrageous fees at TCF and they have a wide variety of account services available. I would recommend TCF Banking Services to everyone.

Reviews: A home warranty from Blue Ribbon accompanied the purchase of my lovely home last year. My heater was recently deemed too dangerous to operate by the company I hired to clean it. Regardless of the fact that both our home inspector and HVAC deemed the heater functional at time of home purchase and before the warranty was purchased Blue Ribbon Home Warranty is refusing to pay for this claim with no justification simply refusing thus living two parents and a *toddler* in the cold.
