Reviews: I have to defend Bank of the Ozarks after reading one of the reviews by another individual. I love Bank of the Ozarks and they have the friendliest staff I have ever come across at any business not just banks. One of the previous reviews sounded more like family problems than banking problems. I have yet to have any problems with Bank of the Ozarks especially the Chester branch. I highly recommend this bank to anyone that loves great and friendly service.

Reviews: The experience that I like with this bank is that it is a very friendly bank. Its not like the larger banks where you get lost as a person. You are greeted by friendly people who remember you and are willing to help no matter what the situation. I believe this banking instutitue will go far because they do CARE about their customers and take care of business. I would love to see this bank get on the pay bills online,view your checks etc... in that dept. Thank you for being my bank...D.
