Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: I have had accounts at Wells Fargo Washington Mutual and B of A. I have been with Cal National since its inception and I have had nothing phenomenal experiences. Unlike other major banks there is never a line. The longest line I have ever seen consisted of 3 people. The tellers are always friendly. The only drawback is that there are limited locations...even in Los Angeles. However even though the nearest location to my house is 6 miles I would not even consider changing banks.

Reviews: Years ago there was a movie where the key scene was citizens screaming I???m mad as hell and I???m just not going to take it any more - that???s pretty much how I feel these days. My son has a credit card with HSBC. He has Parkinson???s so I pay his bills online. I was going to be traveling for a month so I was setting up his payments in advance I entered 05/2010 instead of 02/2010 ??? a $30 late fee was charged. My fault totally I don???t dispute that ??? I shouldn???t have been in a hurry I should have been wearing my glasses. But what I find so objectionable is that when I explain what happened and ask them to forgive the charge (noting no other payments have ever been missed or been late) I am referred back to my Card Member Agreement and Disclosure Statement which gives them the right to do this ??? and to add insult to injury this correspondence is signed by a Customer Care Representative. IMHO there is no right no care and damn sure no forgiveness with HSBC ??? I have closed this account and will post this note on every yahoo review location I can find.
