Reviews: Went to this bank (not my bank, but my employer's) to solve an issue of uncashed checks. My complaint is not about their refusal to cash checks, but the way manager refused to give any drop of additional information or even check with the issuer; his attitude denotes a bureaucratic attitude without any customer service, rather patronizing, dismissive and suspicious without a hint of being conciliatory or helpful. Poor, would never choose as my bank; they're well known for their long lines and "devil may care" attitude.
