Reviews: SELLER BUYERS BE AWARE of KEN ANDERSON!!!!! I cant speak for all the other agents they might be fine.My experience has been devastating. Our house was listed with him (not knowing him) he seem professional but when I did get a buyer my house assessed too low and I did not want to sell it because I had to pay $20000 to pay closing costs. Also I still liked my house I just wanted something a little bigger. Ken was dissapponted that I did not want to sell our house.Which made me think that he just wanted to close escow.So I found a house on the internet made an offer thinking I was going to get without getting acceptedthe only thing Ken said you have to sell your house first.so I accepted their offer thinking I am going to get this other house. I did not get it my house was in escow I wanted to back out and Ken said they would sue us. I new that was bullshit my husband thought he was for real and did not want to get sued We went to the tille company and Ken was there he had told the title company person that I wanted to back out and to say that the buyers will sue us if I back out .So we closed escrow.What Ken failed to inform us was its not true you dont need to sell frst( especially in our situation) also he should respect us when I did not want to sell our house because we were taking a loss $20.000 also he did not put a contingency our houseIt could have been all avoided.Now that I lost our house with our bad agent who had $ signs in his eyeswe had no place to live we had to move our family of five in three weeks.I had to find a house quickly so I found one the house that assessed lower then what we offered.Ken said he wanted $5000 to give to the seller a prommisary note.Ken took advantage of us we had to move in three weeks so he put us on a spot. He was at our house with $ sighns in his eyes waiting for us to sign the prommidary note.We closed escrow and I was not happyI did not get to see this neighborhood Ken did not do his homework. The comps stated I paid the highest for the neighborhoodWhen the house was inspected I had to pay the repairs.Ken did not tell us that I could have had a sellers credit. The conclusion of this bad realtor is I lost our beautiful house which he gave us wrong advice and did not let us back out.. his threats that they will sue...not putting us in contingency....not doing comps in the area I was buying...not getting me a buyers credit.... having us pay for our buyers closing cost ....but most of all that he did I had a F.H.A. loan and I found out it was fraud with my new realtor from another firm.The $5000.00 was not entered into escrow .I can not discuss anymore I have legal actions .I needed to warn the public from this man.

Reviews: We got our loan through Lani. It was our first time trying to buy a home. With her help we were able to get in even though it was a very difficult market. In order to be competitive our realtor suggested we have a really quick close. Lani was able to pull through will all the paperwork and get everything done VERY smoothly. We are now able to enjoy a place of own and a great tax write-off! We were really satisfied with the loan and her assistance in educating us in the process.

Reviews: This bank helped a con man scam money from me. When I deposited money into an account the actual check was removed and given to someone to deposit into another account (as was verified by the cancelled check) and cashed in another branch/account over 134 miles away. I went to see the branch manager and his Laisez Faire attitude really was upsetting. While I am unsure as to whether they broke any banking regulations; it seemed very strange to me. The manager told me nothing was strange about doing this and did not want to be involved. I wonder how they are able to look at themselves in the mirror tuck their kids in at night and call themselve good parents good Americans. The banking industry is the backbone of America and with branch managers such as this one no wonder it is breaking our society. This is shameless lack of ethics integrity and duty as a holder of our finances and as an American.
