Reviews: Wamu was a great bank. However the change to chase wasnt great. They dont support their consumers/customers at all. They allow strangers to attempt to fondle with your account and refuse to take any responsibility for any consequences that you suffer behind it. I wish that wamu wouldnt have sold out to chase.

Reviews: I love this branch!The tellers are so friendly and the banker welcome you as you walk in the door! Its a very busy branch but I never had to wait to long....... They always smile and give my child a lolly pop when we visit. I totally refer anyone to bank here they really do care about there customers.

Reviews: Moneytree Moreno Valley is the best payday loan business I have found. From payday loans check cashing etc they offer reasonable rates and have been a pleasure to deal with. All of the employees from the local branch to corporate have been very understanding and willing to go the extra mile for you. They treat you with respect and in todays climate thats rare. I recently was helped by Wilbur Velasquez and he took the time to answer all of my questions and was very kind. That has been my experience everytime Ive used their services no matter who Ive dealt with. I give the business and their employees 5 stars.

Reviews: This is worst! They wont talk to customers so they just keep routing their calls to call center. I called 7x today & it kept routing to call center. Call center said that the branch set it up that way either they dont want to accept the calls or they dont answer if you hear any ring. No rings so it means that they want you to talk to call centers rather than the branch. You cant even inquire something about the branch because call centers doesnt have any information.
