Reviews: This is the worst moving company. They had a 9 year old and an 11 year old kid unloading my fragile boxes and only 2 guys to unload my furniture. I plan on going to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR NORTH AMERICAN. my furniture is damaged and so are my walls and door frames.

Reviews: Just as a warning the property 4966 Brockton Ave owned and being rented by Gregory Zuccolotto through Certified Restoration Services is the worst home I have ever rented sewage backing up into the kitchen sink Rats mortgage people coming to the door looking for the owner and foreclosure help fliers addressed to him in the mail after sending notice of repair about inhabitable conditions he only sent day laborers one who spoke no English never a licensed professional stole our deposit and sent us a demand for payment of 2000 dollars to replace the damage to the 90 yr old original hardwood floors from the 20s We are making a small claims case against him after we contact a lawyer if you want to save allot of money you might consider avoiding this man like the plague or at the very least document everything. I have lived in Riverside for more than 20 yrs and its people like this that make this the 5th most stressful places to live.

Reviews: I agree with the first review madass hell 1. This was the worst of the worst mortgage companies. Everything they did there was illegal. Any way for the owner to make a buck and at whoevers expense didnt matter. I hope that the Real Estate board catches up to her and she will have to answer to them. It is so awful when a company doesnt care about their service to you and all they care about is the dollar. People I know have lost their homes and people I know have had their home taken by the company. Do not ever use any company ran by these people. YOU WILL BE SORRY! Oh and by the way the 5 star review was written by the owner herself!
