Reviews: I agree with the first review madass hell 1. This was the worst of the worst mortgage companies. Everything they did there was illegal. Any way for the owner to make a buck and at whoevers expense didnt matter. I hope that the Real Estate board catches up to her and she will have to answer to them. It is so awful when a company doesnt care about their service to you and all they care about is the dollar. People I know have lost their homes and people I know have had their home taken by the company. Do not ever use any company ran by these people. YOU WILL BE SORRY! Oh and by the way the 5 star review was written by the owner herself!

Reviews: I am a buyer. I drove through a neighborhood in Riverside that I was interested in buying a house in and called several agents who had signs out in front of homes in the neighborhood. Dawn the agent from Armstrong Properties Coldwell Bankers was the ONLY agent to call me back. I told her I was interested in buying a house in that neighborhood and told her my price range. She set up an appointment with me the next day and I bought a house that same day. She was very nice very easy to work with and is great with her followup. I would recommend not only Armstrong Properties Coldwell Bankers but specifically Dawn to anyone looking in the Riverside/Corono area!!
