Reviews: This is the worst Credit Union I have had the experience of dealing with. Their website is an eyesore and I keep getting error messages or my account is somehow locked. The website is not user friendly. I have to cross my fingers each time I try to log on and there is no web or text alerts. There are so few branches and you cannot make a deposit in any ATM outside the bank. If you make the mistake of making a deposit in the ATM at the bank. Your check will be held for over 2 weeks. If a check is submitted or autopay during that over 2 week period you will be charged a $29 (Chase Bank charges $25 and will offer you overdraft coverage) fee that they will not remove even though you are a loyal customer and the funds are actually there and cleared at the other financial institution. Their telephone customer service reps are impatient and always seem to be irritated with questions. I am a member of another Credit Union and I know that CU appreciates my loyalty and works with me. I am truly disappointed banks treat their customers better. I thought CUs were owned by the members and therefore work with members. My advice is to try any other CU or bank Advantage FCU is terrible and and does not care about their members.

Reviews: Their phone customer service stinks and that makes a whole difference as to how much you can rely on them. If you never have a problem with online banking you may be fine but the day they delete your online ID by mistake (as it happened to me) and you are cut off from your assets and all the automatic payments you set up are disregarded and you start getting hit with penalties from those third parties do not expect Bank of America customer disservice to be there for you. And then youll regret (as I do) having been a loyal customer for over ten years because they do not value customer loyalty. They do not even publicise a number for their complaints department (if they still have one). That right there tells you how much they care about customer satisfaction.
