Reviews: Whatever you do,do not use Washington Mutual for your home loan. They are your best friends until you sign the papers,then after everything goes wrong(their promises fall through)you can't get ahold of anybody.They are always out to lunch(at 5 pm).It's been 5 months and I am now fighting with their 1 800 #s.Nobody calls back. They were suppose to also do a home equity loan which I needed,which I was approved for (before I signed the papers)then afterwards I wasn't. They have made the whole home loan experience horrible. I have felt like getting a lawyer to see where I stand,because I want to refinance with someone else,but I have a bunch of money already involved with them.I've left four messages in the past two weeks and still have not nheard anything. They are horrible and when I get time I will tell everyone in the Sacramento area about this . Maybe I should call channel 3.I just want out of my loan and all fees refunded so I can go elswhere.Stay away from them. This is my fourth loan and had no problems with other banks or loan officers that have helped me.I didn't need there help because everything went smoothly and all promises were kept.
