Reviews: I had a TERRIBLE experience with Big Valley Mortage. Our broker was out for himself and was offended that we compared his rates to other brokerage firms. We had a 30 day lock on a loan and our loan did not get completed in 30 days thru no fault of ours. So we were told that we had to pay an additional point to keep the rate (because the mkt had changed) or start the loan process all over and therefore lengthen out the close. Overall I would not recommend this company.

Reviews: A man name Thomas March called me on my phone after seeing that i had been on line looking to sell my home. we talked. he promised me that he could help me. so i went into his office in Roseville. we sat down talkedI gave him all the paperwork in order that he would need. he gave me a packet to fill out which i did submitted it back to him in his office. I waited to hear from him he never called back for about a month. one day his assistance called. asked for the paperwork i had already submitted and put in order for them. any paperwork they needed to do the job was in the file. I gave it to them again. about a month later the young lady called back and asked for the same bank statements again. i faxed them again. about another month later the lady called back asking for the same paperwork again. I was to meet with thomas I went into the Roseville office again. he was not there the front office tried to call him because we had an appointment I called thomas. on numerous occasions he would not respond to my calls. 5 months went by and he would not return not one of my calls. his assistant called again asking for the same statements again. i explained to her my computer was down to send them through the mail i would fill them out and bring them in to her. I did not receive the papers. i was upset at this time i call the office and asked for my paperwork back because i had not heard from Mr. March in 5 months and he would not return any of my calls. Then when i asked for my work back Mr. March called with a nasty attitude saying they had been trying to reach me by email i did not answer. he tried to clear up their incompetence by blaming me when i tried for months to reach him. he was not professional at all on the phone. how can you know what is going on when the person who is suppose to be doing business with you never call back.
