Reviews: Wells fargo made a mistake on my account and I was charged over $500 in fees. Im a single mother with 6 kids after losing my husband. I called them and they refused to help me. They wouldnt even listen to me. My car had just been broken into and I had repairs done so I could get to work. Due to all the fees those checks didnt clear and I I have no money left. I put money in they took it all then didnt cover my checks. So now I have outstanding checks more fees from those businesses and the 80 hours of work I was paid for Wells Fargo took away from me. I had to send the kids to school today without lunches and I have no money for dinner. I dont know how to even get through the weekend. I dont understand why there isnt some kind of cap on how much money they can take from their members. I really dontunderstand how they could be this inhuman. I have 6 kids sitting here with nothing to eat.

Reviews: I wish that Citibank stood by their privacy policy. I am an account holder and my confidential information was gossip around their offices. When I complained...they decide to close my account Im now suing them and their branch manager....no privacy is to be expected at Citibank.
