Reviews: I went to 3 stores in San Francisco that buy jewelry with some items I inherited that I didnt want. Of the 3 stores Provident was the only one that really took a careful look at what I had and offered me a fair price for it. Its a pawn shop and I didnt really know what to expect. I was delighted to find the staff was friendly the owner explained to me in language I understood why some of my items were valuable and others were not. The other stores acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to sell them my stuff. The folks at Provident were completely customer service focused and my experience was 100% positive. I would recomend Provident Loans to anyone and I would be happy to do business with them again. In fact I expect to be there this Christmas looking for a gift for my wife. 5 Stars for sure!

Reviews: Joe helped me years ago with HOA problems. He actually arrived at a board meeting to help me understand the wrong doings plus realize there was nothing that could be done after the fact. I paid him $500.00 yes but attorneys are not free (no one provides a service for nothing). The fact that he made a point to find out what was going on and help me learn the law was worth the money. Thank you Joe! I am not rich and that $500.00 was too much to waste but life brings intelligent good people into our lives for a reason. Joe is worth the money if you are willing to listen and learn even if your case doesnt net you the big bucks or make you whole. A condo association is run by all not just one. Some are flacks and that means others lose out. That is not Joes falt it is the misguidance of the Board. Things quickly changed because Joe was at that meeting.
