Reviews: Simply put Vinicius Brasil is a shining star. I had received a mailing on one of his listings in my neighborhood which I was very impressed with???the postcard itself was well presented and the house had sold over asking with multiple offers???I was hoping he could do the same for me. Vinicius arrived to our initial meeting well prepared. He was interested in looking at the house and then spent much time to review market conditions and where the property fit comparably. Most importantly he saw the value in my home which the other agents I interviewed had missed. Vinicius was attentive and communicative throughout the process. He staged the house to perfection and suggested a number of minor repairs/updates to further enhance the property. Once listed he represented the home well to potential buyers and their agents. We had a steady stream of traffic and at the end of the week were presented with multiple offers above asking! It is clear that Vinicius Brasil???s hard work and insight added a significant percentage to the bottom line.

Reviews: A duplicate payment on my mortgage was paid in error by the bank. I made the request to reverse the transaction and put the money back into my checking account which was also with Wamu now Chase. The online customer service person assured me she could do this for me and I would see the deposit in my account within 48 hours. I waited 4 days before I called to find out there is no record of my request so they never expedited the transfer. Now I need to be inconvienced by actually going down to the bank because apparently Chase is not able to handle request over the phone. This is one of many problems I have experience with this bank. We are now in the process of changing banks.
