Reviews: I really like dealing with Washingon Mutual Bank all the way around. But today I was at the Santa Clara branch during my lunch hour and they were horribly understaffed with a long line of people. I do understand this branch is one of the busiest. I ended up using almost half my lunch hour standing in this line. To make it even worse one of the tellers took off for lunch leaving one less teller to help the customers. They need to stagger lunch hours or something to make sure there is coverage during a busy time like a lunch hour. Thanks for listening.
