Reviews: This bank has the worst security. Some one or multiple people used my checking account. When I found out about it I called to report it and their response was well you probably let some one use it Yeah like I would let some one use it on the same day in different states for $970.00!!!! They had me go to the PD station file a report total waste of my morning not to mention work had to get it notarized and have the report faxed. Then they would not cover the overdraft fees that were caused from the frauds. The staff (Karla) was rude and when asked to speak to the manager her response was that she was busy and I was not allowed to wait on the line for her because they only have 2 lines for all their members. This is really inconvenience for anybody especially when you have to pay your bills and you are not able to use your debit card or checks!
