Reviews: I was EXTREMLY dissatisfied with the service I received from ZAC. I gave him $100 for prorated rent for May however due to it being APS and some other issues I was not going to be able to move in so I asked ZAC for my $100 which was refundable as he had told me, however upon asking to meet him to get the money that was rightfully mine he cursed at me and told me I was not getting my money back and that I owe him more money now because he still hadn???t rented out the place but had showed it to 5 other people already. I did not see how that was my problem the money was mine and refundable. He refused to meet with me, hung up on me and used fowl language. All I want is my money back that???s it and now myself and my 11 month old son may have no place to go if I am unable to get the money from him. He then offered me $50 of the $100 which proves it was refundable and that he is in the wrong. I would NEVER EVER do business with this man again or his company. Thank you
