Reviews: Don't use them. They charge all sorts of fees for no reason, and you have to call customer service and wait on hold to get the bogus fees reveresed. Also on numerious occasions I couldn't get money from their ATMs because they were malfunctioning.

Reviews: This bank was the saviour for me when I was desperately looking for some bank to get my $500 worth Travelers Cheques encashed (as none of the shops/restaurants accepted to take them), and criteria being that I dont hold any account with them. They easily accepted 2 of my $500 TCs and gave me the cash (that too, in the denominations that I preferred :) ) in just 10 minutes without any big procedure.
