Reviews: This bank was the saviour for me when I was desperately looking for some bank to get my $500 worth Travelers Cheques encashed (as none of the shops/restaurants accepted to take them) and criteria being that I dont hold any account with them. They easily accepted 2 of my $500 TCs and gave me the cash (that too in the denominations that I preferred :) ) in just 10 minutes without any big procedure.

Reviews: Stay Away from this group anproffesianal/unethical group of lenders! I am Real Estate Agent and I have a client working with them on a loan for a home purchase. The 45 days for our purchase is over tomorrow. I been trying to get a hold of my clients loan rep. for 4 days now to know what is going on. I have left messages on the office number cell number and email since 4 days ago and not answer. I finally called the main office number that I had to search through the internet because the lenders rep. business card does not list the main number. Any ways I was told the lenders rep. that is dealing is this loan is with another client so I this point I know his is not sick or laid off. He is just ignoring my calls. So I asked to speak to his boss or the office manager and they tell me that they are all in meetings all day to try again tomorrow. Now I am stuck. I dont know if they need an extension to process the loan or if the loan has failed and I need to cancel the purchase contract. I will try again tomorrow to get a hold of the manager to see if they give me the same story tomorrow that the managers are in all day meetings to leave my number for call back. Do make the same mistake. Stay away from Wellsfargo Home Mortage branch at 308 W. El Camino Real Sunnyvale.

Reviews: I wanted to push the word about Asante Real Estate in the Sunnyvale location and specifically about Jo Preston Realtor/Broker Associate extraordinaire. We used Jo to sell our rental property in Sunnyvale. I walked into the Sunnyvale office and she came out to greet me. She made a fantastic 1st impression. She is smart confident kind and hard working. She has the knowledge and the resources to deal with any drama. She has 30+ years of real estate experience which put my mind at ease. Knowing that real estate deals can be a challenge my husband and I wanted someone who had the know how to get it done. Jo kept us informed every step of the way. The pictures she took of the house were set at a perfect angle to really show the property to its best advantage which brought a lot of interest in our home. Yeah!!!! Asante is a full service real estate service at a price you will appreciate. Their commissions are discounted. Total commission of 4%! WOW what a terrific bargain. To sum it up the listing agent gets 1% and Buyers Agent gets 3%. They do all the same stuff the agents that charge 5% - 6% do. Asante posts the listing on the MLS and a whole lot of various other websites. They will hold an open house both Saturday & Sunday for the 1st two weeks it is on the market to give your home maximum exposure. Jo will provide you with her expertise then it is up to the seller on how you want to handle it. List your home with Asante and pay a total of 1% to the listing agent. If the listing agent represents both Buyer & Seller the total commission is 2.5% The buyers agent receives a 3% commission. If you are a buyer and use Asante as your representative they will rebate you part of their commission when the property closes.
