Reviews: I dont think that there could be a worse bank in the whole state of California than the Wells Fargo branch on Mills Rd. This Wells Fargo branch has the most unhelpful and inefficient group of bankers Ive ever seen. The branch manager couldnt be more uncaring and detached. The bank is so below par. About the only thing they offer is free coffee wow. Youd be smart to bank elsewhere.

Reviews: We got the worst service ever when we tried to refinance from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage just recently. We promptly faxed signed disclosures along with all personal information. Over a week later I got an email asking me where they were. I replied that I had faxed them and my document showed that the fax went through. The scatterbrained woman (who the documents were faxed to) then sent me an email apologizing saying she didnt know where my documents were if she had even received them and said maybe she thought they were something else and deleted them. I was horrified that I had trusted Wells Fargo to keep our sensitive information secure and here no one there knew where our documents were. I was asked to re-fax everything all over again. I was fed up because the scatterbrained woman had gotten our things mixed up before (we were repeat customers) but this was the last straw. I fired them and decided to go with our local credit union who gave us a better deal anyway. Then I received emails from both women insinuating that they never received the faxes when my machine confirmed that they did. The one woman ever said that she even gave us part of her commission to give us a better deal. That offended me and I told her so. So she comes back with Have a happy life! I have found the service here to be very unprofessional and incompetent. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone and if you Google Wells Fargo and customer complaints you will find that plenty of people have not received good service from this bank. If I could give it minus stars I would!

Reviews: To anyone looking for a new loan or refinance I have signed up for a membership with yelp because of a fantastic experience I have recently had. I noticed that landmark financial was listed on yelp and had to give my review. With the current rates dropping lower and lower I figured a refinance on my home would be a good idea but wasn???t really knowledgeable in the field. I was referred to Landmark Financial by a friend and am very glad I was. Dan O???Brien was the loan officer handling my account and he went above and beyond explaining the ins and outs and helped me make sense of the different options my wife and I had. I can not thank them enough as we were able to save a fairly significant amount of money. Dan made the process very painless and most importantly I felt that my best interests were being looked after. I give landmark financial my highest recommendation. For anyone looking for a new loan or a refinance you owe it to yourself to give them a call. Tom B.
