Reviews: Very dissatisfied with the customer service at B of A. Have tried repeatedly to contact a live person at the Mooney branch with no luck.Personally went into the branch and met with a customer service person who would handle my issue. I was advised that she would get back to me with a resolution. She called back 4 days later but I was not able to take her call. I received an email that a case was opened. I tried to contact the branch with no success. Everything goes to a electronic answering system. I have spent too many hours trying to talk to someone just to be transferred to someone else. Perhaps B of A is too big to be able to service their smaller customers. Very disappointed

Reviews: Hi Just wanted to say Wells Fargo has not been a great bank for me but the main st branch is awesome!!! They even emailed me when I lost my debit card because it was turned in. DO NOT GO TO THE MOONEY BRANCH they are not so great- they put my money in the wrong account (this doesnt happen at an ATM) then said that they were not accountable for it because the teller was so kind ot fill out my deposit slip and I did not fill it out (the atm doesnt even require deposit slips!) So I guess machines win over the mooney branch plus the manager was soooo mean!
