Reviews: 7-15-08 Went in to get another loan today. They have all my information already-ck stubbank statement etc but I had it all again in case. I confirmed that I needed a $200 loan with a pay back date of pay day 8-1-08. I verified the day I would pay it back as 8-1-08 with the Latino female rep wrote the ck and handed her the documents. Moments later she asks you can pay it back 7-29-08. I explained to her that I had just told her pay back 8-1-08 and wondered why she told me it was all ok for 8-1-08 pay day and taken all my documants only tell me the pay back date was going to be 7-29-08. Her respone: I have to protect the loan which of course was an expected answer. HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY QUESTION: WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THE PAYBACK DATE OF 8-1-08 WAS NOT GOOD BEFORE I HANDED YOU THE DOCUMENTS AND WROTE A CHECK. Oh thats right. Because there was not a lot upstairs. I could see it in your eyes. Last time I went in I called ahead to make sure I had what I needed. When I got there the new guy(wore rep in training tag) working alone told me he needed another document-- that he did not ask for on the phone. The time before that the new guy was working by himself and half hour to closing he tells the 4 customers in line that the computers just crashed and everyone has to come back tomorrow. I stayed and listened to his conversation with a company computer tech who told him it was fixed and ready for use. I had waited to get to the front of the line for that? If he wanted to go home on time he should have quit. The sign read open till 8pm not 730 pm. Many many problems at this one. Must be internal. Dont say you werent warned. Reviews: To all those that keep writing raving reviews about loveliness (basically made up of thieves) as hard as you try you dont sound like one of your customers certainly not based on the things you say. ... ricky is the best photographer... ricky was my photographer for both days on and on... From what I know that ANIMAL ricky (thats right he doesnt have what it takes or any right to be a human being according to the way he behaves) isnt the only photographer at loveliness. What are the chances that he is the photographer for all the positive reviewers?! (Im glad that you read reviews about your business. If anything you should learn from your mistakes and improve your business practice as opposed to spending your time unwisely retaliating.) According to all of the negative comments your biggest flaws are your poor customer service (untimeliness incompentence rudeness and more.) People dont write bad things about you if they didnt experience it; theyve better things to do than slamming you for no reason. They are so low to treat their customers the way they do. Weddings should be one of the best things that happen to a couple. Having to fight with them to get the things youve paid for brings a lot of bad memories to a supposedly happy event. Why should couples have to go through this?! Some couples already have 2 children and they still havent received their wedding or engagement album. In my case its been over 17 months. The sad thing is we dont even know when well get anything from that lowliness yes its lowliness! So please if you dont want to have the same bad experience as many couples have you should go elsewhere. Its not as if loveliness is that inexpensive. Theyre up there in terms of prices. Youll find that youve paid a premium yet unsatisfied with their services. Be careful because they will treat you really well at the beginning. Once theyre trapped (put down a 1/3 deposit) youve become one of their potential enemies. Please please take these reviews to heart. I dont know what else to say to help discourage you from stepping into loveliness=HELL.
