Reviews: I cant believe the prices at this insurance company. When I first saw them in the phone book I thought they were some 2nd rate company but they proved me wrong. The insurance I got was the same as anywhere else. They can actually customize the insurance to fit your budget. The agents that work there are all friendly and willing to help. They actually take the time to make sure your ok before you leave instead of treating like your just another payment. I have reffered everyone I know to 1 Stop.

Reviews: Went in for HIDs. First of all they only did the low beams and not the high-I went in for both. What sense does it make to have white low beams and ugly yellow high beams? Anyway about 4 months after I had them installed one of them went out. I called over 10 times they had a different answer each time of why it couldve happened but swore it was the ballast and not the light bulb. Youd think only 4 months after theyd fix it; NOPE just kept blowing me off. So I got the ballast on my own listening to these street level mechanics and after about 5 hours messing with the truck found out it WAS the bulb. They are selling old out of date kits thats been sitting around since Harriet Tubman and that crap isnt lasting; then youre out of your pocket to re-do the right way what they shouldve done correctly the first time. They brag alot; about how they are the best how they have employed or trained every one who does this kind of business in Killeen. Their prices are truly over inflated the customer service is decent but it doesnt compare to having to repay for something they didnt get right in the first place. Id never go their again as Ive since found out the guys that work on the cars arent actually certified or trained-they are self taught and have their friends up there helping out! Soooo glad I found a shop in Austin that can cater to my custom needs for my car!
