Reviews: Very slow service. Even if only one person. Onec waited almost 2 hr. waiting to pay money back. They had already had my paper work and person assisting me had to call corportate office to figure out how to get the system to work. It too bad that some times you have use services like this out of nessesity and have such horible services.

Reviews: I have thick long hair. I was telling him that I don't want my bangs to be cut because I was growing them out. Not only did they cut my bangs, but it falls directly on my eyes, making me very uncomfortable, unless I use a lot of hair gel to push it back. I told him I wanted my hair to be thinner without looking like it was thinned (thinning the inside, not the outside) so he give me a mullet. I told them I don't do anything to dry my hair, I like to naturally dry. Not only did he blow dry, he flat ironed, making my hair more damaged that it already is. I usually wash my hair, towel dry, a little gel for the baby hair on top, and I'm good. I liked that. I now have to spend 10-20 minutes on the bangs alone. Is there a reason why I paid so much for a hair style I hate?
