Reviews: Bank of America branches still dont seem to answer the phone and the bank still uses a system where the phone rolls over to the 800 number so you waste at least 5 minutes trying to get to a person. Couple this with all the fees charged so they can eek every penny out of customers to help cover their bonuses and Im ready for a new bank! Hmm and this yahoo rating doesnt like the fact that I chose 1 star for AWFUL - Id have chosen 0 if I couldve! I guess its going to force me to choose 2 or more? Well see but my choice was 1 but it wont file that.
