Reviews: I went in to check prices oneday I was greated by friendly smiley staff. (not just the person that was helping me had a smile the rest of the staff did as well.) They were polite and had all the information that I needed. I was comfortable enough walking out with all the price tax and rental info that I needed to make and informed decision. That I went back the next week and set up an account. Now I go in weekly to make my rental pmnts and am still greated everytime with a smile and a friendly hello. (and now we are on a first name bases)

Reviews: My checking/savings business information copy lists date established as 01/01/07 yet under info it states annual gross sales at 15000 and year sales reported as 01/01/06.FACT: my business wasnt established till 2007 how could I have reported any income for 2006. and if that wasnt enough it lists my industry as construction. I realize there are limited choices however perhaps other would have been a better choice. Only the calm polite demeanor of your staff and business specialist kept me a member of your financial institution. May i suggest though that u refrain from fictitious figures/dates and or reports and perhaps allow for more flexibility in your program that i assume was designed to help your staff not limit them and frustrate your Soldotna costumers!
