Reviews: Not a good bank. Their ads are misleading and straight out wrong. I had a loan to build a new facility and through trickery they pulled the loan. I thought they were friends and partners so did not run every thing pass my lawyer. Be careful they do not care about you and your business. I am still am dealing with liens from construction companies. They also promised a pay back on some closing cost and never did. I had to walk away losing $80000 and liens against me and my corporations. It has been a mess. I think I have been cheated. So much for supporting Texans only. I guess they have been barred from others states.

Reviews: I totally agree with the review written by Rebecca G. THIS BANK IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST when it comes to customer service as well as their banking policies. There have been several occasions when we have asked for explanations of charges... the responses are most generally rude (bordering on hostile) and very inconsistent. Please save yourself the hassle and headaches DO NOT put your hard earned money into this institutions care.
