Reviews: Sam Gardner and his associates are knowlegeable and caring people who are always ready to help. I discovered Sam through my four siblings who have been with him for years and I can understand why...he made financing my home much easier and really set up the best situation for me. Without Sam on my team I think I would have gone crazy with the myriad of paperwork involved in purchasing a home. He even helped motivate the real estate company who was selling my home in another state when they were not following through with getting the final paperwork completed. This was crucial as my down payment on the new house was coming from the sale of the old one. I truly believe that without Sam I would have been up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Two years later Sam and company are still always there for me ready to answer any questions or concerns I have for example about if and when I should refinance. If you are tired of the fast talking corporate types and want to deal with real honest people who care call Sam and company. They will make buying your new home or refinancing your current one a whole lot more pleasant. It is nice to know there are still people one can trust!

Reviews: I was down in Oceanside with my weekend with my son. As I passed a dealership I saw this Tahoe my dream ride! Didnt think I could buy as I have bad credit so just wanted to look.
