Reviews: He rented a house to us and failed to disclose any repair work that was needed. Once we turned on the water and electric we found that the stove didnt work dishwasher floods the kitchen ac doesnt work roof leaks toilets leak water damage and mold under kitchen cabinets etc. He refuses to assist with any of the work since we signed the lease that stated as is. He wouldnt work with us at all on any of these issues. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a home from this company definitely have a thorough home inspection done prior to closing inluding one for mold. Personally I wouldnt recommend doing business with this company to my worst enemy!!!

Reviews: This business totally screwed me. First of all I had a student loan that they consolidated for me. They didnt know where I should make my new payments to for over 7 months until I eventually defaulted because nobody knew who owned my loan. Next the company that bought my loan garnished my paychecks for the money that I didnt even know I owed them. When I called up for help One Stop Shop would just tell me to hang on then hang up.

Reviews: advance america does check cashing and holds the check till the next payday for those of us who may be financially irresponsible or having difficult times making ends meet. for this help they charge large financing fees. due to unfortuneate circumstances my checked bounced I then starterd paying my 390.00 check and got the balance down to 180.00 I was then put in the hospital for mrsa and leg surgery due to diabetic ulcers almost losing my legs. because I was unable to make payments for almost 2 months CA started depositing my check full amount into my bank causing massive overdraft fees and a horrible dominoe affect. I was told they would keep doing it until my balance was paid and as of today they have deposited the 390. three times even though I owe only 180.00 each time they add 30.00 to my balance in addition to the 55.00 bank fees. I am an unemployed single mom of 2 living off of 674.00/month SSI check. I pay rent in public housing electric bill usually runs over 200.00/month 71.00 car insurance and other household and car related bills and am getting to the point I cant get clear of these debts. My son has Aspergers Syndrome (autism) and my daughter is being tested and treated for a genetic disease (MRKH syndrome) requiring many doctor visits out of my area. CashAmerica has very little sympathy and their bottom line is they are a business. even though I got into this mess looking for a quick fix for my financial situation and I realize it is my own fault...but I recommend people looking for help to think twice before using Cash america because you pay more in the long run. Good luck and good fortune to all who read this and I hope you find a more financial friendly way to solve your money problems and dont fall into the viscious cycle I have found my self in.
