FIRST WE DONT HAVE OPERATORS 2nd THE NUMBER THEY CLAIM THEY CALLED WAS MY DIRECT OFFICE PHONE NUMBER MY PHONE NEVER RANG AND I HAVE VOICEMAIL AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MESSAGE. 3rd THE NAME OF THE OPERATOR WAS NOT KNOWN. 4th THE ALSO CLAIM THEY LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY HOME NUMBER THAT WAS FALSE INFORMATION AS WELL I CHECKED MY MESSAGE 5 X BEFORE CALLING THEM AT 11:30AM AND I HAD NO MESSAGE. I WOULD ADVISE MY OWN ENEMIES NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Reviews: Before getting any loans or dealing with Chase bank... think twice. It is tough economic times and I am one payment behind on my car loan. I have told Chase that I will be paying both payments by the time the payment is due January 21st. Despite this they are calling me SIX or more times per day. Each time I explain that I will be paying BOTH payments on the 21st yet the phone calls persist EVERY SINGLE DAY! I am not a deadbeat.. but was off work on disability for three months and trying to get my finances back in order. I am not looking for help to make my car payment just advising of the kind of harassment you get when your payment is late with Chase. There should be a law that limits these calls!
