Reviews: Having been a customer of First National Bank since moving to Fort Collins in 1994 it saddens me to write such a negative review. This bank used to have a local bank feel and a desire to be liked by its customers. Now through a sequence of mergers and policy changes the management is very much NOT interested in providing any semblance of courtesy and service to the customer. They regularly increase all service fees and penalties without justification. A larger bank will be able to provide far more services and products and First National Bank no longer provides the hometown service or feel to offset the small bank shortcomings.

Reviews: I have used this company since Feb of 2009. I have been nothing but pleased with them!! We are almost debt free in less than 2 years. They are credible up front honest professional and great to deal with. I have NEVER had a harsh word shifty answer or any issue whatsoever with them.
