Reviews: I have plenty of money in my savings, but I trying to add money to it from my checking every week, and so one of these transfers set my temporaly with negitive in my checking because it was now in my savings. I assumed that since they have all my money they wouldn't charge me any balance fees for being overdraft. BUT they did, TWICE in 3 days. WTF! I am just trying to save up for my wedding and I can't with them taking my money away for trying to keep my savings high. and I don't know one that one person was talking about. But I called this number, and they just connected me to their 1 800 number. and they keep telling me I have the wrong phone access code. wtf?! Let me talk to somebody!!! you suck! okay now tyhey are saying a telephone operator will call me back.... what? where is everybody?

Reviews: I had a check drawn on Citibank Delaware. I called customer service to ask where locally I could negotiate the check. They told me to go to this branch with proper I.D. and there would be no problem. SOOOO, I did and the teller had me sign the check, took all my info and then they refused to cash the check stating that they aren't connected with Citibank Delaware. I requested that they bring over a manager. While explaining the situation she cut me off and made a phone call to their "back office", and then refused to allow me to call the customer service number from there. Then she said "if you want to open an account and leave the money on deposit for a minimum of 10 days we could do that." BOGUS!!!!
