Reviews: DO NOT USE COMPASS..since I had guaranty bank they were wonderful and now that it is COMPASS they are VERY RUDE and have the worst customer service ever..yelling at people over the phone they are useless and take ALL of your money and blame it on you instead of their system..pretty sad they have lost a customer that they have had for over 11 years to the corporate slime ball game. I know a LOT of banks that would be VERY happy with my business. I am taking it elsewhere..Good luck Guaranty/ the new COMPASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
