Reviews: I was having a difficult time just trying to speak to a representative about some information about the closings for the holiday. I was very shocked to see the hours are not posted on the web site. I am a Bank of America valued customer and I really felt like my needs are only avaliable upon someone elses request. I waited on the line and the phone kept hanging up on me after I made a selection of the dialer. I really think you need to up grade your systems to todays technology. Thanks Valued Customer

Reviews: this location is aesthetically appealing. i was awe struck upon entering. because the physical location is in a less than upscale area I didnt expect the inside to be as beautiful as it is. The design of the lobby is gorgeous as well as highly professional. the glass that seperates the staff from the customers (which I assume is bulletproof) is beveled and curves from one end of the lobby to the other. It is hospital clean inside as well. There are a wide range of services provided as well. Who needs to wait in line at Walmart when they offer so much here? Their fees are much lower than everyone elses fees for the exact same services as well! The only reason I couldnt rate them as excellent is the fact the evening staff is less than cordial far from professional. The older caucasian gentleman who answered the phone when I called at 7:26pm let the phone ring almost fifteen times before he gruffly answered. He then told me he would be closing in fifteen minutes. Who closes at 7:45pm? The impression was that he was trying to leave early so I rushed to get there. When I did get there no smile or welcome was offered. He was clearly bothered by my prescence. Then when I asked about prepaid debit card reloads there were statements like gimme your money and you need to give me another dollar for the fee. As a customer service supervisor I felt there were a host of better ways to convey those thoughts. It took him an excessive amount of time to complete the transaction as well during which time he left me just standing there without saying a single word. If better staff were hired this location would be a premium service center and I would refer more people but because the people I know care more about service than appearance its best I hold off on that.

Reviews: The lobby area customer services is quick. All staff incuding the bank manager are very pleasant and present themselves with greeting and excellent customer services. All staff always introduce Bank of America services and specials. All response to concerns with my banking account are handle quickly and accurately. Keep up the good work. I am glad to have been a customer for over 12 years.
