Reviews: I worked for Dillards for many years it was in the past a better enveiroment to work but things changed dramatically became a night mare to work there no one is happy mangers demands to open credit app. or we get written up the latest is that boot camp that they are doing and we have to attend on sunday even if it was your day off its against constitutional rights to go on the day off that you earned to attend such a stupid class. Dillards family should review their managment staffs and the ubuse they do to employees.

Reviews: BOA stinks !! Initially the service was wonderful. But when I ran into problems they were unable to correct them after numerous attempts....I had to watch them (online) constantly one communication failure arter another ...this bank is nothing but one more corporate nightmare. Im going to a local bank (Delta Trust) where I know I can rely on the service.
