Reviews: Everytime my employees go to cash a check the tellers give them a hard time. My employee has to make 2 trips to the bank in order to cash 1 check. After waiting in line for 40 minutes the teller can never give them a straight answer as to what the problem is. This frustrates the person and then I have to listen to them complain which reflects poorly on my business. The number one concern of any worker is that they get paid and are able to easily receive thier money. karen

Reviews: Usually Ace Cash Express centers are very professional and helpful. This particular one is not. On 2 occasions now the agents working at this particular center have displayed horrible customer service. Approximately a month ago I visited this center to pick up a moneygram and though the center was set to open at 11am they did not open until about 10 mins later. Upon me approaching the window prior to their opening the agent barked at me that I should come back later. It wasnt until I asked that she stated it would just take 10 mins - why not just say (Im 10 mins behind in a CALM tone to begin with. Today (a Sunday) I went by the same center to pick up another moneygram - it was EXACTLY 4pm - however the woman turned me away claiming shed already turned off her computer. Truthfully I feel that if Id been of Caucasion decent this would not have happened. I will be writing an email and written letter to Aces corporate office to report these events and these agents.

Reviews: These people are a scamfraud and shady! I took a loan in 2008 and when I tried to pay it off they disappeared. Out of the blue JC Pacific said they had all my info along with pink slip and spare key. I tried to pay them off and theyre info is just as shady and fraudulant as Gc loan Ct loan and all those other fake names they go by! Not to mention the have this fake rep by the name of Benjamin who has fallen of the face of the earth along with my pink slip and spare key! They tried a few times to reposes my car while at the same time I had just deposited my payment in their B of A bank accounts that are just as shady. When that happen I showed up to the address they provide in Downtown and in Hollywood to my surprice these were a cell phone store and a n appartment building! Now I have a lean on my car no pink slip and spare key is also gone!

Reviews: Dont use these people! They lied to me over the telephone. They told me they would loan me 90% of the value of the vehicle at 7% interest. However after going into their office and waiting for an hour they told me that they only loan 50% of the trade-in value of the vehicle at a MINIMUM of 10% interest.
