Reviews: I used to bank at B of A and the reason I went to WAMU was due to what I would classify as questionable fees, When I called B OF A and complained about their fees they would usually reverse most of them. Wamu uses creative accounting and actually changes dates on transactions to be able to charge you. Last year my free checking account at WAMU cost me 5100.00. In my opinion it is criminal and if I had resources I would seek justice. I have called many times and they have never reversed any charges even though I had it in writing (ATM Receipts) that the charges were bogus due to the dates of the transactions being rearranged, WAMU is one to stay away from.

Reviews: I've banked at this location for awhile not because it was good or anything but because it was around the corner to where I live. I've change to the other location on W. Highland because of their services. My husband and I had an issue with this bank. They weren't very helpful. After the 4 or 5 time we went back in with what we were told to do in order to add him onto my account we decided to bring our issue to the other bank. What the other bank couldn't do, this bank was able to make a few phone calls and had him added onto my account within less than 15 minutes. So now even though the other bank is a little further out, we take the affort to go there because of their great customer service. We feel that the staffs at this branch including the manager need to make more of an effort to actually helping out their customers.
