Reviews: I opened a custodian CD account six month ago at this branch. At that time, even though the banker was friendly, he forgot to add my son's name to the account. Even though he said he corrected the mistake and even printed me a corrected copy of the account information, six month later when I received our 1099, the account was still under solely my name. I called their customer service, they were not able to correct the probme for us even though it was their mistake. I mailed a letter to their headquarters, did not hear anything back. So, finally, a month later, I decided to bring my 3 month baby into the branch and requested to have the problem corrected. It's been a month now and my CPA has already completed our tax return, we still have not received the correct copy of the 1099.

Reviews: Called to ask a question regarding my father's checking account. I was greeted very politely by Dwight who said all tellers were busy but one would call me back very shortly. I got the call back in about 20 minutes. They were able to answer my questions (which weren't exactly the answers I wanted to hear), but I was very satisfied with their service.
