Reviews: The People here are Friendly but Not so Helpful...Its a nice place to cash a small check say under seven-hundred but not so great if your trying to cash a large check...I once tried to cash a check a little under five-grand and they gave me a really hard time...They made me wait over twenty min. They were making phone calls every where and updated my info card they even asked to look at my paycheck stub (which I had with Me) then they had to call there store manager again well it was a very long process...Oh and Not to Mention their was Only One cashier and about 7 unruly customers that were really upset at the cashier for taking so long...It made it very Uncomfortable...at the end they Offer to give me 1/4 of my check and the Rest in Money Orders...which is ridiculous...I just said No Thanks!!!

Reviews: I have never had a more difficult time getting an answer from any company. The automated phone system is a joke. The website will not allow us to make changes. The branch office provides the absolute slowest service possible. It took us well over 2 hours to add my wife to my checking account. I could get the same serveice by stuffing my money in a can. If I could give wamu -star I would.
