Reviews: I stopped in to have a notary sign on the title to a car I just sold. I had the buyer with me. The service person at the desk was confused with a difference between the address on the title and that on my driver's license. She wanted to cross it out on the title. When it was explained to her that MVD will not accept line outs with initials, she threw the title and my driver's license at me, and said she wouldn't help me. No further explanation, no eye contact, no "I'm sorry". Nothing. It was embarassing, and I'll never go in that bank again.
