Reviews: wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!! they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you dont have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00! they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it! I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!

Reviews: Awful customer service. The females are downright RUDE. Unreasonable requirements with no privacy or respect given to the customer. Money Mart cannot perform at the level of their competitors. Lose the attitude ladies this includes not turning your back on the client to talk on the phone while you smack your gum and twirl your hair and when someone asks you a yes or no question do not reply with uhm hum.

Reviews: This branch has poor customer service. I has requested a demand for pay-off and wa told that it would take 1-2 buss days and when I called to follow up I was told that it was 3-5 buss days and when i asked to speak to a manager I was told to call back within 10 minutes. I called back and was placed on hold for 31 minutes and hung up on. I called again and was placed back on hold and not once was i told to keep holding or that someone will be right with me. Its been over 35 minutes and Im still holding.

Reviews: Did a re-fi through this lender a few years ago. It was probably my worst Real Estate Loan ever. I think I have been involved in 5 to 10 mortgages personally in the last 15 years. Rate lock was initially not honored loan officer lied on several occasions etc. Avoid this place at all costs.
