Reviews: I don't know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet, I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and "special" payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month, and in order to stop them "making" more money out of me, I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit, and paid them off every single statement. However, I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Don't let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: Three years ago I walked into this branch and opened a checking account. This lady checked my info and said that because I had a mortgage with CitiBank I can open a high interest checking account with no monthly fee. Okay, whatever, since this wasn???t my main checking account I didn???t really care. Four months ago I refinanced my mortgage with a different banker and just earlier this monthly that I realized I???ve been penalized $25/month for insufficient funding in my checking account. I called CitiBank, and the reason was when I had my mortgage with CitiBank no minimum balance was required with this high interest checking account. Once my mortgage was out of the way, I must maintain some high balance. Oh, anybody care to tell me that? I wasn???t informed at all. So in the past 4 monthly I gained less than $4 from my high interest checking account but have been penalized $100 for insufficient funding. I walked into a different branch today, this account specialist said that I signed the forms, should have read the agreement, and cannot blame CitiBank. Hello!? What happen to the ads that your friendly banks made that they always want to serve you and save your money? Suck your money out is really the case. I signed a paper to open a checking account, and I should blame myself not reading the fine print. I got it!
