Reviews: This bank location is always full of people so give yourself extra time for any face-to-face business you might be doing. I tried to list the BofA bank near my workplace in Sacramento as my bank, but was told "You have to go to this bank, the one closest to where you live." All in all, I rate the customer service fair.
