Reviews: My husband had an issue with his SSN and wasn't allowed to be add onto my account. We went to the Washington Mutual closest to us on E. Highland. We went in 4 or 5 times wit the same issue and they kept giving us the round about. It seemed like they were not willing to help at all. NO ONE wanted to make any phone calls! Finally we got fed up and decided to go to the one on West Highland. With a few phone calls, it only took them less than 15 minutes to add him on. Since then we've been banking at this one.

Reviews: I've banked at this location for awhile not because it was good or anything but because it was around the corner to where I live. I've change to the other location on W. Highland because of their services. My husband and I had an issue with this bank. They weren't very helpful. After the 4 or 5 time we went back in with what we were told to do in order to add him onto my account we decided to bring our issue to the other bank. What the other bank couldn't do, this bank was able to make a few phone calls and had him added onto my account within less than 15 minutes. So now even though the other bank is a little further out, we take the affort to go there because of their great customer service. We feel that the staffs at this branch including the manager need to make more of an effort to actually helping out their customers.

Reviews: I went to use the atm machine on saturday. It was not working again. Every time I go to these new machines they dont work. I try to deposit my pay check or some extra cash and it wont work. Then I go inside and its real busy all the time. The people inside are all real nice. They help me right away when I tell them and show them my check. They said they are trying to get them to work better. They are real nice. The machines are junk...!!!
