Reviews: Wamu was a great bank. However the change to chase wasnt great. They dont support their consumers/customers at all. They allow strangers to attempt to fondle with your account and refuse to take any responsibility for any consequences that you suffer behind it. I wish that wamu wouldnt have sold out to chase.

Reviews: I have had nothing but problems with this store manager Elba she has no customer service skills and she discriminates against what banks you bank with. So if you bank with Washington Mutual you better not go into this store to get a loan. She is rude and lies to the customers about her reason why she cant give you a loan. I really hope someone from corporate reads this and sets her straight. I will do everything that I can to tell people about her poor customer services skills and her lying to the customer. What ever happen to the customer is always right service? I will never do business with this store again. If i dont get any help from corporate than I will make sure I never do business with this company again and I definetly will not refer anyone to do business with this company. Think of all the money she is costing this store and this company by her rejecting my business.
