Reviews: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! During a phone conversation with an operator - and in the process of possibly losing my home: She asks me to hold. However she did not put me on hold. I was shocked at what I heard. She said to male voice We have a livewire. Shes going to lose her home. -And then LAUGHING! Yes folks thats right - LAUGHING between the both of them - And then I GOT DISCONNECTED! These phone conversations are supposedly being recorded and I am hoping they find out who she was and terminate her. As many people fall behind during the recession I am certain that the public does not find LOSING THEIR HOME as a laughing matter. I am thoroughly disgusted with you AURORA. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

Reviews: I am a former military guy who came across this place by sheer accident but at a time in my life when I needed some quick cash in a bad way. Times were hard for me so I hocked the only thing of value I owned at the time - my diamond wedding band. At first I was scarred to death about what might happen to my ring. Im sure youve all heard the stories of pawn shops changing out the good diamonds in items that have been pawned and replacing them with cheaper less quality diamonds. The stories were endless and I think I heard them all. God was I sick and worried about my ring. Long story short not only did Jeff and his wonderful staff at Palance Jewelry & Loan earn my trust but I remained a regular and happy customer for over 18 years! Jeff & his staff are among the most honest and trustworthy people I have come across in my many travels as a military man. They have earned my deepest respect and unquestionable trust. A persons valuables could not be in more capable & trusting hands than Jess Alisha & the entire staff at Palace Jewelry & Loan. As we say in the corps Id take a bullet for ya any day! Many many thanks to Jeff & his entire staff for being one of the true last remaining business in San Diego county (and the entire country in my opinion) that reflect the deepest standards of true professionalism in customer service & satisfaction and whose ethical standing in the community remains second to none!
