Reviews: I called requesting a personal loan. Gave them all of my information. American General told me that they would have an answer for me either that same day or the next morning. As of 3:30pm the following day, I still had not received an answer. I had to keep calling. At one point they told me that they can't talk to me because they were eating lunch. Either way, I called them back and told them that I was not interested in using them as a lender.

Reviews: The staff at this location is not so great. Once I was standing in line waiting my turn, two tellers who just had customers looked at me then glanced down and just ignored for a good minute. The next teller who assisted me was an abnoxious know-it-all lady, I asked her to cash a check i had been given, without even trying she said i couldnt cash it, that if i did i wouldnt get all the money on the check, she said next time i should try to have more money in my account to cash checks. THIS IS NONE OF HER BUSINESS! cash the darn check and shut up! The check did clear and i was able to get all the money. This lady should mind her own business and definately not give financial advice to customers who dont ask for it. I didnt come all the way to this Citibank branch so a teller can tell me i should have more money in my account. This branch gets 0 stars.
