I CONTACTED THE BANK MANAGER AND ALL HE COULD SAY WAS THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT. HOW COULD THAT BE . . . I'LL BET IF I TOOK THERE $400.00 DOLLARS, THEY WOULD FIND ME. WHAT ABOUT THOSE CAMERAS STARING YOU IN THE FACE AS YOU DO A TRANSACTION BY ATM. YOU WOULD THINK THAT A BANK WOULD OFFER TO HELP SOLVE THE SITUATION. WASHINGTON MUTUAL OFFERED NO HELP.

Reviews: I have plenty of money in my savings, but I trying to add money to it from my checking every week, and so one of these transfers set my temporaly with negitive in my checking because it was now in my savings. I assumed that since they have all my money they wouldn't charge me any balance fees for being overdraft. BUT they did, TWICE in 3 days. WTF! I am just trying to save up for my wedding and I can't with them taking my money away for trying to keep my savings high. and I don't know one that one person was talking about. But I called this number, and they just connected me to their 1 800 number. and they keep telling me I have the wrong phone access code. wtf?! Let me talk to somebody!!! you suck! okay now tyhey are saying a telephone operator will call me back.... what? where is everybody?
